The Consumer/Family Satisfaction Team
The Consumer/Family Satisfaction Team helps to make sure that people with federally-funded mental and behavioral health insurance receive quality care, timely service, and courteous treatment.
We conduct regular interviews with clients to get their feedback on health-care providers and report any problems. Our CFS team consists exclusively of people who have utilized the mental or behavioral health-care system, or their family members.
Besides maintaining a high standard of care for our clients, our team often provides a means for people to express other concerns that may arise during the course of a survey. In these cases we can usually put a client in touch with other agencies that can help with his or her specific problem.
